Workplace IT Support Specialist – 2nd Line

Skipton Building Society is seeking an IT Workplace Technology Adviser to join our 2nd line support team. The role is office-based, 9-5, five days a week, with a salary of £33,050 per annum. You will support Head Office, remote workers, and branch colleagues, resolving issues and ensuring equipment and software deployment.

We value proactive problem-solving, strong teamwork, and a focus on the colleague experience. Prior 1st/2nd line IT experience and ITIL awareness are preferred.
