Loans Administrator – Hybrid Role with Growth & Benefits

Hampshire Trust Bank is seeking a Loans Administrator to support the Customer Services Team and our customers with specialist mortgage servicing accounts. You will process a broad range of requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring each task is completed to a high standard and within internal service levels.

The role involves handling inbound calls, managing the shared servicing inbox, setting up new customer files, updating contact details, and producing statements and certificates.
