London-Based Community Moderator — Fast-Paced News & Reader Engagement

The New York Times is seeking a Comment Moderator in London to engage with our global reader community. This in-office role, with four days in the London office and some flexibility for remote work, focuses on maintaining quality conversations and supporting newsroom journalism.

You will monitor comment sections, share trends with Community and Audience teams, and help editors shape content with reader perspectives, while upholding journalistic independence and the Times’ guidelines.
