This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful, growing business to support customers with their ongoing service and aftersales requirements.

This is a varied role where you will manage customer enquiries, arrange repair works and coordinate contractors.

Description of the role:

• Managing incoming aftersales, maintenance and repair enquiries from customers.
• Coordinating maintenance and repair works.
• Liaising with customers to provide updates and arrange works.
• Prepare and issue quotations for maintenance and repairs.
• Liaising with engineers and contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and customer communications.

About you:

• Experience of working within an aftersales or service coordination role.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Experience of working contractors or field teams.
• Confident using ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
