Hybrid End-of-Life Care Hub Coordinator

Marie Curie in the West Midlands is seeking a Hub Coordinator to join our Midlands team. You will be the first point of contact, manage referrals, coordinate care and respond to enquiries with sensitivity to ensure timely, coordinated support for people in their own homes.
