Lead Registered Manager – 2-Bed EBD Children’s Home

Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a small 2-bed EBD children’s home in Wallasey, Wirral. You will oversee daily operations, safeguarding, regulatory compliance and positive outcomes for each child.

You will lead a team, ensure high standards of care, and drive continuous improvement in partnership with social workers and families. A Level 5 Diploma or equivalent is preferred, with strong regulatory knowledge and leadership ability.
