Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water is seeking an Estates/ Lands professional to join the team. You will lead access, negotiate land rights, and manage capital schemes across West and East Wales, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
You will liaise with landowners, agents, and internal teams to secure long-term agreements, support valuations, and provide proactive updates to stakeholders. A MRICS/CAAV path is desirable but not essential with utilities experience.
