Administration Team Lead – Mental Health Services

NHS Orkney is recruiting an Administration Team Leader to join the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in Orkney. The role combines leadership of the administration service with medical secretarial support to Consultant Psychiatrists and adult psychiatry services.

You will oversee administrative staff, manage workloads, and work with clinicians and partners to ensure efficient, responsive mental health care in a busy community setting.
