Senior Support Worker — Lead Youth Care & Growth

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join a new children’s home in Farnham, Surrey. You will lead care delivery, implement individual care plans, and support young people with emotional and behavioural needs in a safe, therapeutic environment.

Applicants should have NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent, at least 1 year in a supervisory role, a full UK driving licence, and strong leadership and communication skills.
