Consultant Anaesthetist (Permanent)

The opportunity

A leading independent sector hospital group is recruiting a permanent Consultant Anaesthetist for its elective surgical hospital in North Derbyshire (Chesterfield/Sheffield area). You’ll be a key part of a team delivering high-quality day case and inpatient care, and will help plan and develop the anaesthetic service.

Salary: £118,668 to £130,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, PAYE (this role is not open to locums)

What you’ll need

• GMC Specialist Register entry in Anaesthetics
• Consultant-level experience, ideally including elective day case and inpatient work
• A strong commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and team-working skills
