Operations Manager – Safety-Critical Rail Leader

Network Rail is recruiting a Duty Operations Manager for the Central Route in Birmingham. You will manage a team, oversee HR duties, and ensure safe, on-time train dispatch while delivering excellent customer service across a busy, safety-critical environment.

Reporting to the Station Operations Manager, you will coordinate with Shift Station Manager, traincrew, control and signalling, and lead safety-critical assessments, incident investigations and staff briefings to uphold Network Rail values.
