Senior Social Worker – FFCP & Trauma‑Informed Safeguarding

LinsCare in Catford, London is seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Families First Contact and Protection (FFCP) service. Based in Catford, you will assess children’s needs, identify safeguarding concerns and coordinate timely interventions within a multidisciplinary team.

You will apply trauma-informed, anti-racist and Signs of Safety approaches, conduct comprehensive Family Help assessments, and develop multi-agency plans to support vulnerable families and safeguard children.
