Site Traffic Marshal & Banksman for Civil Construction

LNS Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Banksman / Traffic Marshal for a short-term project in the Leicester, LE7 area. You will be responsible for directing vehicle movements, coordinating plant movements, and ensuring safe traffic flow on site.

The ideal candidate will hold a CPCS/NPORS card or equivalent qualification, with prior experience on construction or civil sites and a strong focus on on-site safety. The role begins Monday and runs for a minimum of two weeks.
