Working Foreman

3D Personnel are looking for a Working Foreman with Groundworks Experience to work across multiple sites in and around Hampshire. This is an ongoing opportunity for a hands-on Working Foreman who can take responsibility for day-to-day site operations while also getting stuck in on the tools, operating machinery and working alongside the lads on the ground.

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

• Overseeing day-to-day site activities across multiple sites.
• Supervising and directing site operatives to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Getting hands-on with groundworks and general site duties when required.
• Operating machinery where necessary, in line with relevant tickets and qualifications.
• Ensuring all work is carried out to the required standards and within project timescales.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety across all sites.
• Coordinating labour, materials and equipment as required.
• Identifying and resolving on-site issues quickly and effectively.
• Leading by example and maintaining a strong, professional work ethic.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid CSCS Card.
• Must hold a valid SSSTS qualification (minimum).
• Must hold a valid First Aid certificate.
• Must hold relevant machine tickets such as 360 & Forward Tipping Dumper
• Must have previous experience in a Working Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Must be willing to get hands-on and work alongside site operatives.
• Must be reliable, hardworking and able to take responsibility on site.
• Must be able to travel between multiple sites across Hampshire.
• Must have valid ID/Passport.
