Prison Gate Recovery Advocate

Phoenix Futures is recruiting a Through the Gate worker to support individuals with substance use issues at HMP Pentonville, delivering harm reduction, relapse prevention and recovery planning. You will advocate for service users and coordinate with internal and external agencies to support successful outcomes.

The role is based at the prison, with a 75-hour fortnight schedule and a rota including evenings/weekends; the team ensures safety protocols and staff support for these assignments.
