Therapeutic Children’s Residential Lead (QCF3)

White Trees Group, part of SureCare Residential Ltd, is seeking a Qualified Children’s Residential Support Worker in Essex. The role requires a Level 3 QCF and experience in a children’s residential setting, with a focus on trauma-informed, child-centered care.

You will provide nurturing support, manage shifts, oversee staff, and ensure care plans and paperwork reflect best practices while collaborating with schools and social services to support young people’s growth and safety.
