Overview

In this Planning Associate/Senior Associate role you will advise developers, landowners, investors and infrastructure providers on a broad range of planning matters within a national Planning & Environmental team. You will handle development consent orders, planning applications and appeals, and Section 106 work, supporting high-value real estate, energy and infrastructure transactions. The role offers close collaboration, clear responsibility, and strong client contact within a forward‑looking firm that values progression and flexibility. Responsibilities

• Advise on planning matters across infrastructure projects and development schemes
• Handle Development Consent Orders, planning applications and appeals
• Coordinate Section 106 agreements and planning support on real estate, energy and infrastructure transactions
• Work closely with experienced colleagues while maintaining significant client contact and responsibility
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-quality planning and environmental practice
