Part-Time Governance Strategy Lead (Interim)

TPP Recruitment Ltd is supporting a national charity to recruit an Interim Head of Governance and Company Secretary. This senior, part-time role is 21 hours per week with a flexible hybrid pattern, including roughly one day a week in the London office.

You will work closely with the Chief Executive, trustees and senior leadership to provide governance and company secretarial support, regulatory compliance and risk management for a 3-6 month assignment, starting immediately.
