Adult Social Worker – Multi‑Agency Impact & Community‑Based Care

Remedy Social Work is recruiting an Adults Social Worker to join Blackburn with Darwen council’s integrated neighbourhood team. You will assess adults 18+ using strengths-based approaches and deliver person-centred interventions.

You will manage a varied caseload, collaborating with families, carers and partner agencies to ensure the best outcomes, including Care Act assessments, Mental Capacity work, safeguarding, and community-based reviews.
