I’m working with an established organisation looking for a Business Applications Manager to take full ownership of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and help shape the future of its business applications.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining functional D365 expertise, product ownership and genuine stakeholder engagement.

We’re not looking for a developer or someone who simply manages tickets. We need someone who can take ownership, drive improvements and, most importantly, bring people along on the journey.

The Role:

• Take full ownership of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, managing the product roadmap, enhancements and ongoing development.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements and deliver meaningful improvements.
• Drive user adoption, helping operational teams understand the value of new functionality and ways of working.
• Manage and optimise the wider applications portfolio, including Power Pages and Customer Voice.
• Support the future introduction of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Work with external technology partners to deliver system enhancements and integrations.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and better customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years’ experience owning business applications, ideally including Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong functional knowledge of D365
• Experience managing product roadmaps, requirements and system improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• A proactive, personable individual who can build relationships, influence users and champion change.
• Someone comfortable taking ownership and working across both business and technology teams.
• The person is just as important as the technical skills.
• We’re looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm and the confidence to engage busy operational teams, challenge existing processes and make technology work better for the people using it
