Senior Fire Risk Assessor – Residential Housing (Hybrid)

Riverside is seeking a Fire Risk Assessor to deliver comprehensive fire risk assessments across residential properties in London, with Building Safety responsibility. The role is permanent, 35 hours per week, and hybrid—office, site visits and home working—covering Camden and surrounding areas with occasional travel along the M4.

You will stay current with fire safety laws, conduct Type 1/3 surveys, and support the risk assessment programme under the Lead Fire Risk Assessor.
