Strategic Global People Partner to Executives

The Dot Group is seeking a lead People Partner to work with senior leaders across GSA, Dot and Yugo. You will translate business strategy into people plans, drive organisational design, succession, learning and engagement for a ~300-strong global workforce.

You will partner with the Group Head of Talent and the People team to deliver practical, commercially grounded people solutions, balancing risk, value and employee experience while travelling as required.
