Empowering Support Worker for Independent Living

Swanton Care & Community Ltd in Derby is recruiting a Support Worker to join a core team supporting people in the community who have moved on from more complex services, in a supported living setting. The role involves providing practical and emotional support to empower people to live independently, with 24/7 coverage across days, nights and weekends.

It is a full-time position at 37.5 hours per week, with a focus on dignity and person-centred care.
