Grange Medical Group is seeking an enthusiastic, approachable and motivated Practice Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team.
We are a well-established, forward-thinking GP training practice in South Edinburgh, committed to providing high-quality patient care and continually developing our services. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive individual to play a key role in the ongoing success and development of our practice.
About the Role
We are looking for a confident and organised leader who can effectively manage a diverse team, inspire colleagues and support their professional development. The successful candidate will help lead the practice forward, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our services while maintaining a positive and supportive working environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in managing and leading a diverse team.
- Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills.
- Experience of financial management and budget oversight.
- Excellent IT skills and the ability to use technology effectively to support practice operations.
- A proactive, forward-thinking approach, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive service development.
Previous experience working within the NHS would be highly advantageous but not essential.
