Hybrid 1st Line IT Support | Windows, Microsoft 365 & AD

VIQU Limited is seeking a 1st Line Support contractor for a 6-month hybrid role based in Liverpool. You will provide remote and deskside support in a Microsoft environment, handling standard incidents and service requests while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, Outlook, MS Teams and Active Directory, plus familiarity with ServiceNow. Occasional travel to the office is expected.
