Senior Associate, Court of Protection & Deputyship

Higgs LLP seeks an Associate/Senior Associate for the Private Client – Court of Protection team. You will manage a diverse caseload involving property and financial affairs, and health and welfare matters.

You will advise deputies, attorneys, trustees, and family members on mental capacity, best interests, and safeguarding, under the Mental Capacity Act 2005. You will handle deputyship applications, contested proceedings, and ongoing deputyship administration.
