Hybrid Senior Consultant, Human Factors & Safety Risk

Human Reliability Associates based near Ormskirk in the North West of the UK is seeking a Senior Consultant for a full-time hybrid role combining on-site work with remote collaboration. You will lead and deliver human factors risk management projects, including SCTA and SHERPA-based assessments, for safety-critical clients across industries.

You will conduct site visits, run workshops, analyse work processes, prepare clear reports, and present findings to client stakeholders.
