Design Operations Lead — Hybrid London

Gen Digital is seeking a Design Operations Lead in London to oversee the day-to-day operations of our global product design organisation. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and a passion for scaling design teams.

You will partner with designers, researchers and cross-functional peers to improve workflows, tools and documentation, bringing clarity to planning, handoffs and reviews while boosting visibility, consistency and outcomes for customers.
