LVIA Senior Consultant

Overview

In this role you will lead landscape planning and assessment for regional and global projects, shaping design and landscape outcomes. You will work within the UK&I Landscape Visual Impact Assessment team to influence major schemes, from regeneration to energy transition and renewables. You will collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to drive delivery and support net zero and wider environmental and social benefits. This is a growing team offering opportunities to mentor others and advance technical excellence. You will contribute to high-profile projects that shape landscape legacies in the UK and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Produce and oversee reports, drawings, and technical documentation for development stages
• Develop wireframe models and 3D infoworks for sites
• Lead on conference calls, meetings, and workshops with clear communication
• Provide guidance to develop the team and promote technical excellence
• Collaborate iteratively with other disciplines to enhance project delivery

Key requirements

• Experience in preparing LVIAs and evidence-base documents to best-practice standards
• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system related to landscape architecture
• Experience in project management, budgeting, and programme management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Competent in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with ArcGIS, AutoCAD Civils 3D, Revit, Windsoft and Infoworks (useful)
