Head of Data-Driven Operational Optimisation

Places Leisure, part of Places for People, is seeking a Head of Operational Optimisation to drive data-led resource management across multiple leisure sites. You will improve labour planning, forecasting and cost models to ensure the right teams and resources are in the right place at the right time to deliver operational and commercial goals.

You will work with operational leaders, Finance and central teams to identify efficiencies, reduce avoidable spend and support growth opportunities
