As Commercial Director at our Bristol Global Technology Centre, you will lead the commercial function across multiple sites, driving data-driven analysis and shaping strategy. You’ll ensure governance and compliance while steering bids, contracts, and commercial claims to protect value. You collaborate with senior stakeholders to enhance cost competitiveness and cash generation, aligning with our sustainability and innovation-driven mission. Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation and resolution of commercial claims with customers
• Ensure understanding and management of contracting risk (technical, financial, contractual) in new business terms
• Oversee resources managing bids, proposals and contract Gate reviews to minimize risks
• Provide management information and analysis to inform decisions and drive performance
• Lead and develop the commercial function within programs
• Ensure export control compliance within the Business Line
