Salary: £27,000 per annum + 21% shift premium for afternoon shifts + structured training and salary progression
Build a long-term career in precision machining with a specialist materials testing business in Banbury.
You don’t need previous CNC experience. We’re looking for someone practical, reliable and good with detail who wants to learn a skilled technical job properly.
You’ll start at Level 1 with structured training and the opportunity to progress through to Level 3 as your skills develop.
