Site Manager

Optio Resourcing is looking for an experienced Site Manager to cover a 3-day retail project at Sainsbury’s West Cowes. The work is with an established turnkey retail contractor. About the Role

• Running the site in a live trading supermarket
• Managing and coordinating trades and subcontractors
• Keeping the site safe, including RAMS, permits, inductions and daily briefings
• Working with store management to keep disruption to a minimum
• Completing daily reports, progress photos and site documentationValid Black CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshall and Hot Works certificates (essential)
• Proven Site Manager experience, ideally on retail or supermarket projects
• Experience working in live trading environments
• Available for all 3 days
• Own transport, including getting to the Isle of Wight
