Corporate Solicitor – Leicester / Hybrid Working

Overview

In this role you will join a leading regional law firm on a hybrid basis to handle a broad range of corporate transactions. You will work on M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations and governance advisory work, while taking a leading role in marketing, business development and client relationship management. Responsibilities

• Act for individuals, businesses, funders and investors on M&A transactions
• Handle joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and demergers
• Provide corporate governance and advisory support
• Lead marketing and business development efforts
• Manage client relationships
• Supervise junior solicitors

Key requirements

• Experience in a comparable corporate team
• Background in corporate transactions (M&A, JVs, reorganisations)
• Ability to lead BD and client relationship management
