Overview

As Team Manager, you will lead a sales team across four departments at a Gucci store to achieve commercial and product category goals. You will report to the Store Director and drive clienteling, performance, and talent development to elevate the luxury experience. You will partner with HR, Training, Merchandising and Visual Merchandising to deliver strategic priorities and uphold high luxury standards. This role offers the chance to shape a high-performing team and contribute to the store’s prestige and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Own department performance across commercial results, client experience and people development
• Analyze performance, identify opportunities and implement action plans
• Build and grow a strong clienteling culture and tailored client strategies
• Embed a high-performance culture through performance management and selling excellence
• Maintain department appearance to meet luxury retail standards
• Collaborate with Store Director and stakeholders (HR, Training, Merchandising, Operations, Clienteling, Visual Merchandising) to execute business priorities
