In this Senior Residential Property role, you manage a busy conveyancing caseload while leading and developing a team to support the office’s growth. You will work closely with senior management to shape strategy, maintain high client care standards, and drive performance. Responsibilities

• Manage a busy residential conveyancing caseload across freehold, leasehold, new build and remortgage matters
• Lead, mentor and develop the team with responsibility for performance, quality and supervision
• Win new work and build strong relationships with local agents, brokers and introducers
• Contribute to business development, marketing activity and strategic growth initiatives
• Support leadership and strategy development to influence the office’s direction

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor with strong residential conveyancing experience
• Proven leadership/mentoring ability and people-management skills
• Fee-earning capability with client relationship experience
• Ability to win new work and develop business with agents and introducers
• Strategic thinker with desire to contribute to growth and client care standards
