As an Associate in the Agriculture & Estates team, you help advise on rural property and related private client matters within a Top 100 UK law firm. You will work across departments to handle a varied mix of property work, estate planning, and renewable energy projects, contributing to high-profile matters. The role offers strong development within an inclusive, collegiate culture and cross-referral opportunities. You will operate in Sevenoaks, contributing to a nationally recognized practice that blends commercial strength with specialist private client work. Responsibilities

• Advise on rural property transactions and related property matters
• Support estate planning and private client work within the team
• Engage in renewable energy projects and countryside-related matters
• Collaborate across departments to enable cross-referral and broad exposure

Key requirements

• 3+ PQE
• interest in agricultural sector (private client or property)
• experience in property or private client work (not necessarily both)
