Overview

In this role you deliver warm, efficient customer service while preparing drinks and food, manage orders and payments, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace. You will support opening/closing duties and adapt to varying client needs across locations. This role offers growth within a service-focused environment and the chance to contribute to a positive guest experience. You will work with cross-functional teams to uphold safety standards and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while preparing drink and food orders
• Compile orders accurately and in a timely fashion
• Receive payments by cash, debit/credit card, and campus card
• Assist with opening/closing of the location
• Keep stations clean and replenished at all times
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
• May perform other job duties as required
• Role may involve physical tasks (lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing/walking) and PPE usage

Key requirements

• Experience in food service and cash-handling (asset)
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to follow directions, work quickly and concisely under pressure, and with minimal supervision
