Overview

Experienced ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or part-qualified professional to support year-end and interim accounts and service charge reporting for residential and mixed-use Build To Rent and Block Management portfolios. You’ll operate within the Client Accounts team, delivering accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting for Savills’ diverse client base. The role emphasizes client service, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and maintaining high accounting standards. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to portfolio accounting at scale and support professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing year-end and interim accounts for portfolios
• Prepare service charge reports for residential and mixed-use assets
• Maintain client accounts and perform bookkeeping and financial reporting
• Support accuracy and timeliness of client financial statements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and quality of reporting

Key requirements

• Qualified or part-qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA
• Experience in year-end/interim accounts and service charge reporting
• Knowledge of portfolio accounting within property/real estate context (preferred)
