Night Senior Carer: Lead Care Team & Elderly Care

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Night Senior Carer to supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants at a warm, resident-centred care home. You will help deliver high-quality, personalised care and support the Deputy General Manager in daily operations.

You will support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans and reviews, ensuring dignity, respect and safety for every resident, with opportunities for ongoing training and career progression within the group.
