Flexible Senior Care Lead — Elderly Care & Clinical Support

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant for a casual, part-time role at one of our care homes. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, and support the clinical team with medication, assessments and care plans.

You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to delivering person-centred care with ongoing training opportunities.
