Social Care Practitioner: Enable Independence in the Community

Wokingham Borough Council is seeking a Social Care Practitioner to join the Adult Social Care team. This permanent, part-time role (37 hours per week) supports adults to live safely and well in their communities, with supervision from a social worker/occupational therapist.

The role offers a clear progression to Grade 6 and a strong benefits package. You’ll work to understand individual needs, carry out strengths-based assessments, and build positive relationships with residents and carers.
