Job Description:
Bolton Council is seeking a Targeted Youth Support Worker to join the Family Help provision in Bolton. You will manage caseloads of children and young people, conducting holistic early help assessments and building strength-based plans with families to effect positive change.
You will deliver one-to-one interventions and group work in community and home settings, including evenings and Saturdays, and work with partners to ensure safeguarding and effective support.
