Leicester On-Site Operations & Engagement Specialist

Randstad is seeking an Account Specialist for our Leicester site to ensure seamless engagement between workers, clients and internal teams. You will split time between face-to-face stakeholder meetings and keeping back-office systems accurate, while supporting onboarding and lifecycle processes for temporary staff.

Based on-site, you’ll build strong relationships, drive worker satisfaction and contribute to account growth by reporting insights to the Account Manager.
