Job Description:
Shannon Trust is recruiting a facilitator for HMP Highpoint to lead the delivery and development of our prison-based reading and numeracy programmes. You will work closely with the prison, staff, volunteers and learners to maximise opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.
The role is based on-site at HMP Highpoint and requires building relationships, resilience and a proactive approach to problem solving. Interview dates are planned for 20 October 2026.
