Paid Media Growth Lead

MoneyPlus is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Manager to lead paid search and social, owning campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta and TikTok in the UK. You will forecast performance, tell a data-driven story, and shape how we grow customer acquisition beyond clicks.

You’ll balance scale with efficiency, build rigorous tests, and partner with Web, Content, Product, Operations and Marketing to lift overall performance. You’ll drive investment decisions with evidence-based cases.
