Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa, part of the Harbour Hotels Group, is seeking an Executive Head Chef to lead two kitchens in a busy luxury setting. The role requires hands-on kitchen leadership, strategic oversight of two brigades, and delivery of high-volume events with exceptional quality.

You’ll manage food costs, labour and menus across HarBAR on 6th plus Meetings & Events, while developing talent and sustaining the highest standards of hygiene and guest experience in a premium hotel
