Mech Tech Professionals in Caerphilly is recruiting for a 12-month apprenticeship as a Recruitment Resourcer. The role is primarily telephone-based, focusing on sourcing candidates, screening calls and negotiating job offers.

You will gain a Level 2 in Customer Service with full on-the-job training, and the program includes NVQ Level 2, skills development, and ongoing support. Progression to Recruitment Consultant may follow within 2–3 years.
