Shift Manager – Food Manufacturing | Lead & Develop Team

The Sterling Choice is recruiting a Production Shift Manager for a Cambridge-area site. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm, with occasional Saturday mornings, and offers around £47,000 per year.

You will lead a growing team on the shop floor, support people development, and focus on improving line performance. You’ll handle issues promptly and help ensure a reliable, efficient production day.
