Healthcare Deputy Manager – Lead Care Teams & Development

Sirona Medical Ltd is recruiting a Deputy Manager / Deputy Team Leader to join its expanding care teams in Bradford on a permanent, full-time basis. You will lead day-to-day care delivery, supervise staff, support staff development and ensure safeguarding, quality monitoring and person-centred care across services.

Salary £29,952–£39,936 per annum, 36–48 hour weeks, permanent PAYE, paid annual leave and pension contributions, plus ongoing training opportunities.
